It is true that The Bridges Center doesn't pay or chooses to pay certain employees minimum wage. But it seems most employees are missing the bigger picture. These kids they can't provide Case Mgrs to see or Dr's to write prescriptions, only get worse. They are being incarcerated and committed for The Bridges Center's lack of morality and legal obligations.instead of them choosing to close down doors or refer patients to a different facility. They completely ignore phone calls and messages until angry previous employees and clients show up, the doors are being locked to avoid these angry confrontations.
The phone number has changed the clients are not aware. They have filed bankruptcy I'm almost positive the doors will close anytime. The owner doesn't respond to court summons, unemployment claims, or previous employees calling about their check. Employees new & old are quitting on a daily basis. The employees they do hire and stay for awhile are treated really bad. Harassed on a daily basis about bringing in more revenue.instead of them coming up with a financial plan they just hire until people quit. Soon there will only be one employee left, Ms. Veronica Davis she's the only one that will stay despite it all. *raises eyebrow
The Bridges Center only cares about money nothing about the children or what they are going through. It's really sad and it should be illegal. This has to be some form of neglect to these children and adult patients.
