Roger was run out of his last place of business. He's best known for nonexistent coating on children's teeth, drilling holes through teeth in which he was supposedly doing root canals, then sending patients for other costly and painful procedures, which could not possibly work. After failure in general denistry, he went to orthodontics which had to be redone by someone competent.
