Roger Ghai is the worst lawyer on the planet. I do not recommend him - Go to someone else! I thought all bankruptcy lawyers would be the same so I went with Roger and I am regretting it. All he does is argue with me and never wants to help me. He makes mistakes and don't own up to them and doesn't try to fix them. He is always abrasive and bickers all of the time and can't get anywhere with him. Roger should be banned from practicing law. He refuses to help me - I try to be nice and respectful but it gets me nowhere so don't bother with this idiot and go with someone else. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the State Bar of GA.
