The owner of this gym pretends to be a very handsome lawyer on match.com. He entices girls that are in a vulnerable position. He claims (the lawyer)'s sister has worked out with Jay and had remarkable results. He is at the gym right now with Jay.
When you get to gym Mr. Lawyer has just left, but Jay cons you into a contract playing on your insecurities and the fact that we are single and looking for love.
After he gets you into contract, he is not open the posted hours of operation. Half the time he says he will meet you to work out, He is 30 min or more late. Not really personal training, just lets you loose in gym.
On the few events there was one on one training, He pushes his (package) into your rear end and then turns you around to "finish arms" and pushes it into your crotch area.
He refuses to give refund even when confronted with the facts of not living up to personal training agreement.
