I tried the product for less then 30days realized it wasn't going to work for me I cancelled and returned the product before the 30day date my account was charged $79.00. I called and confirmed I had cancelled they stated yes I asked about my refund they customer service person confirmed it. I checked my account and no refund so I called back on 5/24 when I noticed 3 more charges to my account I complained and asked for a refund she confirmed I would see my refunds in 30days I checked again in 30days no refund. I called to find out what was going on and now I am unable to get ahold of anyone it is an automated customer service line I chose to speak with a customer service person I was placed on hold each time I am on hold with in 20 to 30 min I am disconnected. I have emailed customer service and I have never gotten a response.
