If I could give massage Envy a 0 for no stars I would. I was a member for a year which I knew was required in order to cancel my contract, In March I asked the phone tech or whatever her position was to cancel my contract and she said OK. I then thought everything was OK... Wrong Massage Envy waited 4 months & then hit my account for $196, when I called them and tried to get a refund all I got was your account was in a suspended state well then why in hell would you hit me for 4 months payments. And never even bother to call me she in turn says we were calling you every month, which is a lie because I have not received a call from them past me calling them in March. I told her that I will pull up my last 4 months phone bills to prove it because I also have you-mail on my phone which is the best thing since sliced cheese because even if my phone doesn't ring because I have it turn off, it still tin touch with corporate to get my $196 refunded because if not i will start posting the real deal about how the massage therapist & not me are i the back having sex with tier clients and I know this because of a therapist that used to work their who quit and went to another spa because she didn't want to be apart.
