I also was ripped off by farrell hair. Back in 2005 i went there for a hair piece, after numerous times going there and numerous pieces, discusting pieces, frizzy, thick, horrible hair. The quality was terrible, and they could not halep me. I left with no hair and $5000 in loss. They ripped me off of my money, all they kept saying after i begged for my money back is read the contract. What type of business would have a ten page contract if they dont have something to hide. I tried calling 7 on your side, and calling them and asking for my money back, after time, i gave up, im a single mom with three children and i was getting sick to my stomach over the 5000 dollars. I gave up fighting, i guess that is what they do, they wear you down. Even if they gave me half my money back, i can except that, but to keep over 5000 dollars is horrible. I was contacted by another gentlemen that had the same thing happen, its brought back bad memories. Stay away from Farrell!!!
