Very hard organization to cope with. I recently registered for Humana / Compbenefits dental program through my credit union. I submitted my first quality as directed in Nov. 2010.in November they increase picked me which quit my bill $2.00 overdrawn and my cost was declined. The financial institution consequently charged me a $29 OD charge. (Had they charged 30 days because they were suppose to by agreement I'd haven't sustained this price) Therefore by January I had been within the pit not just for just two weeks rates but additionally one more $29 charge evaluated by my lender. I'm completely handicapped with MS and am limited to some wheelchair. Our budget is restricted and enables me-only enough every month to cover requirements. I transferred my regular rates because they were due and was never conscious there is an issue with my bill until March after I smashed a tooth and had a need to really make use of the advantages I thought I had been spending money on. Our bill with Humana have been shut since January. I approached Humana and was informed that despite the fact that THEY produced the issue, these were unable to correct it, or return the cash that I dropped because of their mistake. I had been informed basically desired to be reinstated that I'd not just need to absorb the price I currently sustained BUT ADDITIONALLY provide them with one more 4 weeks rates to catch-up to May 5th. I attempted to compromise by stating, okay, let's overlook the preliminary cash that I'm outofpocket and let's begin this around. "May I provide you with a check nowadays to begin this over efficient May fifth?" That seems reasonable, right? NO! They expect me to pay for them for 5 weeks rates on the strategy used to donot have use of along with currently absorbing the price of the initial breakdown that they acknowledge was completely their problem. I've experienced many customer support representatives. Each one of these continues to be individully rude, misleading and extremely UNhelpful within this scenario. I have had greater support in the DMV.
