I sent for a free sample and have now been charged for it. There is no return address or phone number with the product, i tried to cancel it 4 weeks ago, and no response from them, i have used the product, and it does work, but thats not the point, i probably would have ordered some more, but they conned me into buying the product, saying it was a free sample
