I just saw the other report on someone cutting themselves badly using a Bic razor. I want to offer my two cents on that. Grocery store bic razors are cheap. They break. This is to be expected.invest in a quality shaver from a reputable brand. As for the behavior of the claims manager, it's to be expected as well. They wouldn't want to admit fault and put the company at risk for a lawsuit. To the original poster, stick with your boycott but don't expect anything further to come of this.
