I have been a long time loyal customer of the Gillette Mach 3 series razors. However, the last time I purchased an 8-pack of replacement blades, I was extremely disappointed. The blades were riddled with nicks and I had to throw them away after just one use due to severe razor burn and cuts. This experience has caused me to question my consumer buying practices, particularly since the Mach 3 blades are more expensive than same (or higher) quality competitor products. I do not wish to switch brands, but the poor quality and lack of consistency of the Mach 3 blades has me considering my options. Improvement in your quality control process should be examined.
