This is the third time i found particals in my solo star Apidra pen. I complained earlier but no one updated me about the reason in past. Secondly, i am calling the distributor number 080070707 but no on is picking up so i try to find out the number from phone directory and when i call them some one very rudly replied that call after 2:30 everybody went for lunch.
Yesterday i was unable to come to office due to hyperglacimia and it may be related to this pen which i am currently using. Please respond back.
