Phone service provider (Qwest) included billing for "directory assistance" charges from "www.oanweb.com" for "Teleseven LLC" at $4.33 per call (plus additional charges and fees). It appears that this is a result of a call to an 800 number that automatically forwarded to or used the directory assistance WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT.
The web site "www.oanweb.com" does not exist and it is impossible to reach OAN customer service using the 800 number on my phone bill.
Search of BBB indicates OAN has a large number of aliases and complaints - true name of the company is "ACI Billing Services".
Their real web site is "www.oanservices.com" and there is a complaint form on that web site. (I filed a complaint with them - will wait to see if any satisfaction ensues)
Teleseven has a large number of complaints on this web site and appears to be involved in fradulent billing activies.
