I ordered online, paying via credit card, faxed in the prescription at the same time 3/24.
Called with them 12 days later to check on the progress of the order, at which time i was told the fax "never arrived". I have my own fax machine, I watched it send the page!
I refaxed the page on 4/5, after I was promised it would be sent by expedited shipping. I received an e-mail that it shipped on 4/7.
I called today 4/11 & was told they don't do expedited shipping, I could expect the shipment "maybe" the end of this week or "maybe" next week. I spoke with the supervisor & was told my shipment left SINGAPORE on 4/7.
When I initially ordered I had a 16 day supply of the prescription, operating on the info from 4/5 I called & got an additional 5 days worth from my local pharmacy.
I now have none of my prescription left, will have to buy at least 10 days worth & all TruMed has to say is they are sorry!
So am I! That I ever dealt with them!!!
