Sabbotage my nurse note, lied under oath, denied patient her hospice benefit, stated I gave medication without an order

I am a home health hospice nurse. My supervisor was Misti Denmark Her supervisor is Bambi Kaye. Both are R.N. I had been with the comny for over a year before Misti was hired. She had no hospice experience. Bambi had problems with me because she refused to schedule patients continous care. This is part of hospice benefits. Patients would be promise continous care to get them onto our agencies. As a
nurse we have a responsibility to tell the patients what they are intitle to.

So, Misti was hired. Her first assignment was to terminated me. She instructed me to order haldol for my patient. Hospice plan of action calls mainly for ativan. Misti was very demanding about the haldol even after I explained to her our protol. She spoke to the family member and told the she wanted the pt to have haldol because it was a woder drug. The family did not under stand why? I called the doctor office and informed them on my supervisor request. That was no problem because the haldol was part of a standing order.
In the meantime Misti made copies of all my nurses notes. She deleted my doctor orders and some of my notes. She accused me of prescribing medication without an order. Misti made sure the medication was in the home because she made a special visit to the patient home and asked to see the medication.

She insisted that the medication be given. The caregiver kept telling her that the ativan worked better. Misti never assessed the patient condition nor did she take any vital signs. The caregiver was requesting continous care for her dying mother. Misti showed no concern for the family needs her focus was on seeing the medication to frame me. The family had to pay for services that my supervisor refuse to give.

That same week which was a Friday, Misti called me into the office and informed me that Bambi wanted me terminated. Misti stated because I did not have all of my nurse documentation, prescribe medication without order, ordered all types of supplies and order continous care in which she informed me not to order. Misti stated I could cause the company a lots of problems. I asked how? She would not say.

I applied for my unemployment benefits. They were denied due to information turned in against me. I am also turned into the Board of Nursing. The board of nursing still has not renewed my license. I had a prior case with the board regarding medication that a former nurse did not give. Under the advise of my attorney I was told to just pay the $300.00 fine verses paying him the large amount of money he would have charged. My supervisor was aware that there was former charges in my past.

In conclusion, my supervisor use my prior record regarding medication, destroying documentations (in which I have records of), holding 80 hours vacation time (according topolicies I was rightfully terminated.in the unemployment hiring, Misti changed her story many times under oath. I am sure
Alabama Board of Nursing will beleive these lying employers again with all the proof that I have.
