I made an order with this company and cancelled it for non delivery. I had actualy paid for next day delivery but after receiving nothing for a about a week i cancelled the order. It took the company over a week to confirm my order cancellation despite the fact that they promise to answer within 24hrs. The refund was supposed to be with me in 14 days, which is quite long, but nothing has been forthcoming over a month later. The company apparently promises that if you are not satisfied they will refund monies back. It seems like they dont want to refund mine after numerous emails to them. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade and continue to rip people off.
