I purchased several tanning beds from Brandon. I have a huge problem with two of them. It has been 13 months of calling and getting no where. He did make one attempt to provide assistance. He sent a worker to look at the problems. He told me I needed two parts that he didn't have with him and when he got back to Kentucky he would mail them. I have sent several emails, called countless times and can not get a return email or phone call! In my last email I suggested that he come pick up the equipment and refund my money. It is very frustrating trying to run a business in this economy when your equipment doesn't work and you paid hard earned money for it!
