I paid rates for 60% Long Haul Disability through pay company Verizon after being qualified for long haul impairment Metlife has declined to pay for my advantages declaring that my 60% could be less anySocial Security Disability and Pension and they are just necessary to spend $20.00 per month. Metlife never settled my entire advantage but did create some funds that they are now actually informing me were overpayment and that I have to settle them. I've required they deliver me evidence of disclosure at that time I enrolled declaring these cutbacks of benfits plus they have didn't achieve this. I've been through their appeals procedure, that they upheld their choice. Metlife has delivered this alledged overpayment to selections since I've declined to pay for them any funds as at virtually no time throughout the registration was some of this revealed. I settled my rates in great religion for a long time this insurance was for additional revenue must I become handicapped, if it'd been revealed these cutbacks could be utilized there's no means I'd have enrolled due to their LTD.
