Ordered THM's Ring-Stop on a 30 day trial and returned unused portion in a timely manner (and have proof of delivery). My credit card was charged for a $229.95 maintenance refill that I never received and did not authorize.
I called the company and faxed a copy of my credit card bill to Charmaine at 801-426-5711 who promised a refund. That was over 4 months ago. I'm still fighting with the credit card company over this fraudulent transaction.
