I have been charge 139.95 though I did not accept the offer of this health plan. I did receive a call from some representative late in the night but clearly told them I WAS NOT INTERESTED in the plan.

I request to report about this fraud and credit of $139.95 back to my account. I also request other readers to beware of such phone calls.
