I ordered from netmedorders.com on February 18th. The website claims overnight delivery so I paid extra for Saturday delivery. A total of 37 dollars for shipping. My order was approved Saturday too late to be mailed out so they told me it would be delivered on Monday. Monday came and went, no delivery. I called again and they told me it would be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went so I called again and they told me it would be delivered on Wednesday but this time they gave me a tracking number. Too bad the tracking number was never updated (because my medication was never shipped) Wednesday came and went and they told me it would be Thursday. But they also said that if it was not delivered on Thursday that I could call back and ask them to "reorder" it.
Why would I want to start the whole process over when it failed so miserably the first time? The order did not come on Thursday so I called back and asked for a refund. They acted like it was no problem and told me it would be applied to my credit card in 3 business days. I waited 3 business days and called them back because it didn't yet show on my credit card. They assured me that I was refunded and it would now take 3-5 business days to be applied. I waited 5 business days and called my credit card company. They had no record of my refund and suggested I initiate a chargeback. After 18 days, netmedorders had my money and my medication. Now I have to wait 8-10 business days for my credit card company to finish the chargeback process.
I think it is so unfair that businesses are doing business this way. I have a strong feeling that had I not paid by credit card, I would not have a chance of getting my money back. It just goes to show, research is vital when ordering from these websites. Please learn from my mistake and do not order from these people. If I had just looked around I would have seen they are not reputable. All of the "good" reviews are written by the same 2 or 3 people (which are all probably the same person) and once I wrote a bad review, I got emails telling me I had to prove each part of my claims or they could sue me for slander... So I immediately proved each one of my claims, They were trying to have my bad reviews taken down. One of the bad reviews said to look them up at the BBB. If you search by phone number you will see they are affiliated with 4 other names, all of which have F ratings.
Remember - Research before you buy instead of fighting to get your money back later!
