Went to this "Spa" by mistake, as my appointment was made at the Doctor, next door. The place is lovely, and thought I was, too. The staff was so friendly and the Botox I needed was perfectly administered and found my new BFF's of Portland, Oregon. Was new to city and just hadn't found my niche.
They were inviting me to their "special book club, " their constant, ridiculous "parties" and doing everything in the world to make me feel like "family" as they kept telling me. It was awkward, and noticed the "over the top" nature of it. But, I was new to the area and thought they were just the nicest people, ever...
The up-sell was ON and I went from Botox to Photo Facial to hair removal / Laser (they pushed for head to toe) Laser hair removal but was already about $5,000 down and they wanted all services paid UP FRONT and made me feel guilty if I left without completely paying for everything that was supposedly "coming.
