On 2/4 I called the company and advised them that I did not receive my FREE Trial. They said it was delivered on 2/2, I advised them that I had moved and they said they would look into it. On 2/7 my bank account was charged $79.99 for a shipment that went out on 2/8. This made my bank account overdrawn.
I have tried calling them and I get a recording saying I can wait or e-mail them, but at the end they disconnected me. I sent an e-mail and got a ticket number. A few days later they sent me an e-mail saying "due to high volume they would get back to me in a few day's". Yesterday I received an other e-mail from them telling me that the Ticket had been closed due to high volume and that I needed to send an other e-mail to them. I also called and closed my account with them on 2/8, however when I tried to call them again today the recording said that my account was active.
How do I get a hold of them to cancel and get reimbursed for their mistake?
