Gateway
Got my credit card information and send me a order number recepit of my order, but it not real. Gateway got 91.26 out of my account, I want my money back

I make a order from my website mall store, a order reciept come by email from Gateway that my order was sent and and $91.26 was the total and taken out of my banking account. When i check to see where my order was 10 day later they did know what i was talking about. I want my money back!
