Carl quillen big liar i have surgery for breast reduction i lose my nipper. Fraud with insurance claim and put claim on my credit report i owe him

Dr carl quillen is a 5 star plastic surgery in maplewood nj 07040 doctor went i search for his record. He concern is making money and doing fraud insurance and making claims on credit report owe him money. Please dont trust him for any surgery is a big liar. I had breast surgery i lose my nipper.

He concern where is money that i owe him my insurance company pay for everything..
