At training in Texas we all found out that the instructor has only recently been in medical billing and that the support that they promised never ever responds. The sales team does a good job of presenting them to be right at your side when the reality is they dont answer simply questions, will not give you training on the billing system and have absolutely the worst billing training ever. I had my neighbor who works in a large medical clinic as a Manager of the Billing review the material as I was having difficulties in understanding and she laughed. I paid $25,000 for this... I am embarassed, and upset. If nothing else I want to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake I did. They should be ashamed of themselves... It really is a sham. I finally found some help who really knows what they are doing.
