In March I purchased software from EBS. Prior to my purchase I had spoken with various people and I was always told the same thing that I would be provided with physicians that needed medical billers. I was also told that there were many physicians in need of medical billers and once I had completed all of the training I would be provided with a physician to do billing for.
I also had asked if I wasn't making enough money with one physician would I be given another to do billing for to make more money and the answer was yes. I recently discussed this information with Joseph in the customer service department. I asked him what if a customer happens to be told this information how is the customer compensated for false information and he could not give me an answer.in my opinion a company is liable if one of there employees give out false information to a customer and when that happens the customer should be compensated. Especially when the items are not re-saleable.
