I am a 16 year old female and I had just gotten brand new exstensions from the internet and was seeking for a professional to dye my hair from blonde to dark brown.
So I decided to go to Sherwood Styling, I had paid $130 for the hair color and style. The girl had told me it wouldn't fade in atleast a month.
2 weeks later my sister mentions the blonde showing in my hair again and so does everyone else
2 days after people noticing i go to Sherwood and ask why this has happened and if they can do anything about it. The manager herself was very rude and obnoxious and tried to say I lied about everything I was saying
I told them that the hairdresser had told me if anything went wrong to come back and they'd fix my problem, free of charge
The manager ended up threatning to call the police on me for disturbance and harrasment, I also have a whitness to everything I said.
I thought that this would be a good site to put them on because of what they did to me, I spent all of my pay check on a 2 week hair color. Not what I planned it to be.
Just letting everyone know that if they go there and something goes wrong don't expect them to fix it because they won't.
