On Monday, while watching an info-mercial about a fitness product called BODY GOSPEL, I learned that I could obtain the fitness/workout program for 2 payments of $34.95 (after, of course, originally starting at 3 payments at that amount)... If I called right then, I could have express delivery upgrade FREE. I called. BIG mistake! I courteously listened for many minutes about the product, about "upgrades, " and about additional products, etc. That I could add on. I said yes to one "free" trial and no to another. Finally, the bottom line came out to today's payment of $65... No way! So, I said, no... I am unable to afford that right now. I told the rep to cancel the entire order. I said it clearly, and they had "recorded" the call. For the next two days I received calls from them. I figured it out by looking up the phone number, and finding it listed here. Finally, I called them and told them to stop calling. They assured me that my name and number would be removed from their calling list. That was Tuesday. Today is Thursday and the calls have begun again. I have called again, and spoken to Lisa who assured me my name and number would be removed. I told her that I was putting their number here on ripoff and that I had already heard that same speech on Tuesday also assuring me that I would not be called again. Hmmmmmmm... Whoever created GOSPEL Body probably should have researched the ethics of the company through which they were going to market their product! What a shame!
