Rochelle Gordon Scam on the elderly people who don't know what their doing. They milk them dry

Ms. Weny carol and rochelle gordon have been taken my husband by telling him that he would become rich. This is the same letter that they have sent to hundreds of people. He has been sending them money every month. I'm also reporting this to b.B.B. How can this be stopped? Thank you for any help.
