Customer ID# 1104178, verified address stated refund check sent out, returned because it was sent to Bluemont Virginia, zipcode. Verified address again to opererator, she forward situation to supervisor to re-issue refund check... informed me refund check will be received faster than 45 days this time.

Telephone Ironwood Labs 203-567-1209 5 January 1:45 P. M EST talked to Natashua (Operator # 141) gave the following: Customer ID# 1104178, verified address stated no refund check sent according to current records, stated supervisor will call to resovle issue with in 48 hours.
I told operator if this is not resolved in 48 hoursincident will be reported toUnited States Posal Inspector for investigation.
Note: Would like to sue company as much a current law would allow for its bad business practices, any attorneys up for the challenge?
