Turtle Shack Advertise low prices and doesn't tell you that they will add 30 dollars to you shipping until you have placed order

This company takes advantage of people advertising low prices, then waits until you place the order to tell you that a $30 dollar shipping charge will be added to your order. Then when you go to cancel theorder they charge you 20% so that they dont have to refund you your full refund. Don't ever use this company they make there money by false advertising and taking advantage of people.
