Took my money $1700 and closed their doors a few months later. Won't respond to any of my phone calls

I signed up and paid them $1700 on a Care card they told me about in their office. They said they would pay the interest if the amount was paid in full by a certain date. I received my meds; however, they shut the doors before I finished the program. I've tried to contact them numerous times. They won't return my calls. I feel I should be refunded at least the amount for services not rendered and the meds I couldn't finish using.
