I placed an order in October, so far they have charged my card and sent nothing. They claim that they will be getting the stock in and to be patient. I've received nothing. They have no customer service just a phone number with no one answering, I asked for a credit and got a nasty email 4 days later. I had to dispute the charge with Mastercard. Buy your hair goods somewhere else.
