I had lipo done at Laser Perfect not too long ago and found the staff to be unprofessional. It was weird to me that the "tech" working there along side the doctor wasn't a nurse. I also thought it was unprofessional for the doctor to ask his assistant if my love handles from the back view looked even. I think he would be the better judge of that, not his assistant. I was told I would get the laser lipo procedure, but didn't see the laser at all. I even asked where the laser was and they said they had used it when the lights were off, but from what I remember, the lights were on the majority of the time. I thought with laser lipo, I was to be given goggles to wear on my eyes and I didn't even get those to wear.
I asked for the fat in my love handles and abdomen to be removed. My love handles are still there. You can see the bulge when I'm standing up, I also have a tight bump on each side of my hips and not sure what that is. Now, I have this irritating rash/hives in that area that is extremely itchy. When I signed up to schedule my lipo, I wasn't given a copy of what the procedure would be like when I signed up, instead I was emailed and was given a copy of the receipt. I wasn't even given a call by the doctor or had anyone to consult with about whether my medications that I'm currently taking would interact with the painkillers they prescribed. I am very unsatisfied with my results and with the doctor. Whatever you do, don't go to him.
