I saw the commerical on television so I placed my order via internet. As I placed my order, they did not give me a grand total until after I purchased my items. Had I known that, I would not have placed my order. The shipping and handling was crazy. The same day that I placed the order, I cancel it as well. I kept a record for myself and send several emails, in which they claim they never received.
I finally received an email on 1/16 from customerservice (actually I received 2 emails from them, but they claim I didn't contact them). The order was shipped to me and I shipped it back the same day. I called repeatly to find out if they received the order and to see how long does it take to receive a credit. I just got the credit on 2/9 and it was only in the amount of $19.98 (original order) instead of $42.83.
The gentleman I spoke to claim that shipping & handling is non-refundable, but it doesn't state it on the website anywhere. If it clearly stated that on the website then I wouldn't have ordered from them. He kept saying there's nothing we can do about that. I am very angry and upset with Wonderhanger and will not recommend this company. Be careful of what you order.
