The owner of mediguard charged my credit card without authorization. After half a year and never sending a invoice (and having been told to bill my credit card at each order) for over $2000. This was unauthorized and fraud. After calling and speaking to the owner, he agreed to credit back my charges and then allow us to verify these amounts. I waited 3 weeks for a credit to be issued. After calling again 6 more times, the owner, and his brother, would not take the telephone calls. Finally i told the person on the line that i would report them to the better business bureau. That same day the owner called my receptionist back. He said to her that he was not going to credit the charges (as he had promised 3 weeks earlier). He then confirmed to her that he was not sure if all the items he had itemized as being ordered were actually true. He said that he could not remember from such a long time ago even though it was him that had authorization to bill the credit card as the orders were placed. Beware of his business practices
