I placed an order with LDS Leather (specialty dog collars and leashes) in May. My order was shipped in November. My credit card was charged 32 days PRIOR to shipping. When I received the shipment, two additional items were included which I did not order. When I tried to call the owner to have these two items returned, I was told that that I had to pay for these items which I did not order - and that she (the owner) would be charging additional charges on my credit card per her discretion. My credit card company is now handling this dispute and it is in the process of investigation. This company has had complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau.
