Dr. Ricardo Izquierdo left my nose twisted and I have a saddle nose deformity because of him!!! I went in for a nose job and came out without a nose and he inserted a plastic silicone like material inside my nose which got infected because he didn't sterilize the medical utensils used for rhinoplasty!!!
