Health Freedom Alliance Took my order, but did not provide a legitimate tracking number

I have received emails from Health Freedom Alliance for sometime, but was not drawn to purchase anything from them, until the mentioned there being a special on a home Bio-Cellular Test Kit. I ordered it and an order of MMS over the phone, two days ago, Thursday, 11/11/10. The fellow on the phone said he was talking from Boca Raton, Florida.
