I purchased a Bio-cellular Analysis kit online. Paid for it through PayPal $149.50. Sent the samples into Oceans Lab on 12/8. Never received the Analysis report. I have called probably 30 times and left messages and emailed. Once someone answered and said they were behind because of water damage (?) but my sample had gone out and I should hear within a few days. That was months ago. I filed a complaint with BBB and they never got a response from the company. How can this company stay in business??? Stay away from Oceans Lab... I'm out $180 (kit shipping to Oceans Lab) and can't get it back as I paid with Pay Pal and I waited to long to notify them.
