Medical Office Employees / Poor service

I am having trouble with the office staff. They don't want to send out my paperwork. It's all about the money. I'am sorry but you will have to see the Doctor first before we can fill out the paperwork, or give you a refill on your medication. I call and call but no one seems to call me back. I also can't get past the office staff to talk to the Doctor. I always though it was about the patient. Boy was I wrong. It's about the all might DOLLAR. Maybe things will change when they read this complaint. I sure hope so, because I like Dr. Fyre and Dr. J-Berg. Sincerly, David Jones
