This eye clinic has already checked up my son twice and prescribed 2 set of glasses for my son. My wife brought my son to this eyecenter for the third time his check up. My wife has waited more than an hour to be called only to be told that this eyecenter wasn't accepting children below 7 years old!!! They knew my son's age on the onset!!!
Is there any way I can file formal complaint to the proper authority?
