The wife and I have been wearing glasses for over 50 years each. Our experience with this company is the worst of our life time. The wife chose a frame and explicitly asked if it was appropriate for her prescription. Assured that the frames were fine and that our glasses would be ready in 3-4 dayswe placed the order. 7 days later we were told her glasses were ready and mine not. 10 days later we called and were told mine wre being held up by an insurance problem. 4 days after that we were told they were ready and the hold up was due to my prescription. When we went to pick up my glasses my wife had to leave hers to be repaired. They would have send hers out for repair because they don't do any repairs on site. When we picked hers up they said the problem was because the frame style should not have been used with her prescription. Since then we have had to have hers repaired a couple of times paying for the repairs each time. I learned to tighten them as it was needed every week. We took them back last week to have the screws holding the lens to nose piece replaced and were told they would send them out to their shop to have them fixed, and they would call us in a couple of days. After waiting a week we called and were told that repair was impossible. When we picked them up they looked as if they never left the store, sitting in he same tray as we left them. We took them to another optomitrist and he had them repaired in an hour free of charge. Both of our glasses show a lot of scratches from cleaning even though we paid extra for no scatch proof lenses. The people who fit them at the time purchase spent very little time trying to get a correct fit. This is the last place we will ever go or reccomend to anyone. The wifes frames were in the $400 range, they were beautiful but the service and product do not rate a return visit.
