As the New Year approaches, I still remember the horror that Bill Metcalfe perpetrated on my disabled husband on December 18. Robert was cuckolded into attending an ACT 264 meeting of HCRS in Brattleboro, Vt. Although he was honest, friendly, and cooperative, he was bullied, scummed around, humiliated right in front of his disabled teenaged son. The bullying was to get his cooperation and "consent" to dump our difficult teenager into State Foster Care, to benefit the agency's need for funding streams. They claimed "emotional abuse" but there was no true evidence and later it was proven not to be true, anyway. But our son's mind became bent against his parents, and the horrible scars will never go away. Thanks for being an abuser of the innocent, BILL METCALFE!
