I received a bottle of weight loss pills in the mail with no billing statement or company info regarding where it came from. A week later, I had two charges on my credit card statement. One for the shipment and the other from my bank because it said my card had been used to get foreign money.
The company representative told me that what they are doing is not illegal because I had "agreed" to the shipment when I agreed to the terms and conditions of one of their partner accounts. He said they have 200 "partners" which allow them to do this.
I weigh 115 lbs... I did NOT order this product and would never do so. This company needs to be shut down.
