Floyd Nassif is a dangerous soiciopath who poses as a loan officer. He offered me a job and a cheap apartment to rent which was owned by his family. He is in fact a serious drug addict and alcoholic who preys on women and surrounds himself with career criminals and derelicts. He tried to tell me that I should get a license to notarize documents, which I immediately thought was shady. Plus he offered my husband a job for him as a "bag man, " that is, someone to pick up cash for him in Glendale. Then he boasted about having friends in the police department in his "back pocket." He also claimed to be a "gangster" whose family "owned Hollywood." I was desparate for a place to rent so I took the apartment - big mistake.
I rented the apartment from him but within a week I moved out because Floyd Nassif immediately started letting himself into the apartment and accosting me outside my bedroom window at 3 AM. He threatened to have me, my husband and my family killed when we demanded our rent money back. Stay away from this sick person, especially if you are female! I have since learned that he has a record stalking women and going to strip clubs and prostitutes. His family is very wealthy otherwise I think he would have been in prison a long time ago.
