Fraudulent business practive

I ordered the product after being told that the total price would be $11.80. When I received the product, an included letter stated that if I did not return the bottles with the unused portion within thirty days, my credit card would be billed an additional charge of $99.96. This company needs to be investigated and charged with criminal behavior.
