Eric Walters setup a daycare for children across the street from me. Many vehicles arrived and departed at odd hours, as well as walking people, with children also coming and going at odd hours.
His wife Christina stands on their front step talking loudly into her cell phone frequently. This just drives me nuts when I try too do yardwork. She sits out front on her steps smoking like waiting for me to make an appearance before getting on her cell phone.
Eric Walters also starts up a big 4-wheel RV on the week ends at 4AM mostly. Sometimes he has up too 3 or 4 trucks pull up in front of my home waking me up to load his 4-wheeler RV into the back of someone else's truck at 4AM.
There has been the loud conversations that carried over too me as I stood on my snow covered front porch watching these people load the RV in snow. These trucks nearly knocked over my mailbox after examining truck tracks laid down in deep wet slippery snow. It always gets me up to see what all the noise and traffic is about.
There have been many such problems in the brief peroid that he's lived here like yelling loudly as if on a microphone. Which was done at 5AM on a Saturday morning that he decided not to go anywhere. Making himself look like he's more interested in plotting this law suit or irritating me.
