So far as I will inform, the corporation doesn't have customer support whatsoever. I put up an ACH move to pay for my childis COBRA premium. There is some problem using the move, but Conexis never approached me till I obtained a termination notice! I've had the opportunity to obtain a small grip together through the insurance professional, but simply no reaction whatsoever to telephone calls, e-mails, and characters. Surprising, horrible conduct with a "support" organization.
